PaymentCover is a trading style of DMS Agency Services Ltd.   Established in August 1995, DMS commenced operation in March 1996.  DMS is a specialist Provider of Accident, Sickness, Unemployment and Home Insurance. 

DMS will explain its products in detail, and answer “what if ...” questions about them, but cannot advise Clients on the suitability of its products to them.  If you require advice of this nature, you should seek this from an Independent Financial Adviser.  If you do not know of one, upon request DMS will give you contact details of several in your area.

DMS has built a solid reputation for Professional Administration, and for providing a Claims Service that looks for reasons to pay Claims, not reasons to avoid doing so.

DMS is innovative in its product design, seeking always to offer products of the highest quality, and constantly improving them.  Once the basic design of a product is agreed, it will normally become available within 48 hours.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our administration, so quality and speed of service for Clients remain our top priority. You can be on risk within an hour of us receiving your online application.

None of our administration is outsourced, because third-party administrators can never match the quality of operation that our systems bring.  We are also Direct Debit originators, collecting premiums and remitting them to Insurers on a monthly basis.

The keynote of our operation is "do it once, do it now, do it right".  We also believe that good administration should ensure that you will seldom be asked to do anything; it will all be done for you.
